We don’t sell your data.

A lot of “free” document tools make their real money by selling what they learn about you. Prism doesn’t work that way. Our business model is the whole deal: you pay $1 per contract or$9 a month, and that’s where our revenue comes from — not from your data. Prism is operated by Built AI, Inc., a U.S. corporation.
What we collect
- The documents you upload, and the facts our engine reads out of them.
- Your email address, to sign you in and send the deadline alerts you asked for.
- Basic account and usage information — what you’ve paid for, when you last signed in.
- Which pages you visit on this site, and which steps you complete on the way to reading a contract, logged directly by us (never a third-party ad or tracking network) so we can see what’s working. To count one visit as one visit we set a single first-party cookie holding a random id — it says nothing about you, and it is never joined to your account or shared.
- Payment details are handled directly by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
What we use it for
Reading your documents, tracking your deadlines, and emailing you before they’re due. That’s it. The AI systems that read your documents work only to provide you that service — not to build an advertising profile of you, and not shared with data brokers.
Who we share it with
Nobody, except the small number of service providers we need to run Prism at all — the AI providers that read your documents, the email provider that sends your alerts, Stripe for payment, and our cloud host. Each is bound to use your information only to provide that specific piece of the service, never to sell it or use it for their own purposes. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else — ever.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is open, so your documents and deadlines stay available to you. Contracts you’ve already paid for stay yours if you cancel a subscription — we don’t delete what you bought. You can ask us to delete your account and everything in it at any time.
Your rights
You can see everything Prism has read about your documents right in the app. Email support@parad1gm.com to export your data, delete your account, or ask us anything about how this works.
Changes to this policy
If this ever changes in a way that matters, we’ll email you before it takes effect — not bury it in a version-number update.
