Terms
The short version.
We’ve tried to write this the way we’d want to read it: plainly, and short enough to actually finish. Prism is a product of Built AI, Inc., a U.S. corporation.
What Prism does
You give us a document — a lease, a mortgage, a policy, something like that. We read it, tell you what it says in plain English, and track the dates that matter so we can email you before they cost you money. Prism explains documents. It isn’t legal advice, and reading a Prism summary isn’t a substitute for a lawyer when the stakes call for one.
Pricing
$1 once per contract, or $9 a month for up to 50 contracts a month. No hidden costs — no add-on fees, no surprise charges beyond the price shown when you pay. You can see what we found in your document before you pay anything. Cancel the monthly plan anytime, in the app, in two clicks. Contracts you’ve already paid for stay yours — cancelling never takes away what you’ve bought.
Your documents are yours
Uploading a document to Prism doesn’t give us any ownership over it. We process it to give you the service; see our privacy policy for exactly what that means. Only upload documents you have the right to share with us.
Accuracy
We aim to be right, and we show our work — every fact links back to the exact line in your document, and we tell you plainly when we’re not confident about something instead of guessing. Even so, Prism can make mistakes. Check anything important against your actual document, and get a lawyer involved for anything with serious consequences.
Using Prism fairly
Use Prism for your own documents, or ones you’re authorized to handle. Don’t try to break it, abuse it, or use it to process documents you don’t have the right to. We can suspend an account that does.
Ending things
You can close your account whenever you like. We’ll only close yours for real reasons — like abuse of the service — and we’ll tell you why.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll email you before it takes effect.
