Text reminders
Text reminders for your deadlines.
Prism can text you when a deadline in one of your contracts is approaching. It texts only the mobile number entered by the account holder who ticks the consent box, sends reminders only after that number replies YES to a confirmation text, and never sends marketing. Prism is a product of Built AI, Inc.
How you sign up
- Sign in to your Prism account at prism.parad1gm.com.
- Open Reminders from the menu on the left (prism.parad1gm.com/prism/reminders, after you sign in).
- Under text alerts, enter your own 10-digit U.S. mobile number. One number per account: yours.
- Tick the consent box shown below. The Send signup text button stays off until you do.
- Press Send signup text. Prism sends one confirmation text to that number.
- Reply YES. Reminder texts start only after you do.
Text alerts are for accounts that have paid for reminders (a paid contract or a subscription) and have confirmed their email address. An account that has not will see a note about that in place of the form.
What you see when you sign up
This is a picture of the form on the Reminders screen, with its controls switched off. The working form is on that screen after you sign in. The sentence next to the box is the one the working form shows.
The texts Prism sends
Prism sends these:
- One confirmation text, when you press Send signup text:Prism: Reply YES to confirm text alerts for your contract deadlines. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.
- Deadline reminders, only after you reply YES. Each names the deadline, when it falls (or fell) and the contract it comes from:Prism: <deadline> <when>. <contract name>. Reply STOP to opt out.
- A one-line answer to a YES that confirms your signup, or a STOP that unsubscribes you:Prism: You're confirmed for deadline text alerts. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.Prism: You're unsubscribed from deadline text alerts. You won't get any more texts.
Replies to the words HELP and STOP may also come from our text-message provider, Twilio, in its own words.
How often, and what it costs
How many texts you get depends on how many deadlines your contracts have and the cadence you choose on the Reminders screen. One deadline typically produces up to one text per step of the cadence (a few more if you change the cadence part-way):
- Standard: 90, 30 and 7 days before each deadline (typically up to 3 texts per deadline)
- Early: 180, 90, 30 and 7 days before each deadline (typically up to 4 texts per deadline)
- Last minute: 30, 7 and 1 day before each deadline (typically up to 3 texts per deadline)
Prism does not charge for texts. Your carrier’s message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to texts is not a condition of buying or using anything from Prism.
Stop, or get help
Reply STOP to any text to unsubscribe. You will get a message confirming it, and no more texts after that; a number that has stopped is not texted again. Reply HELP for help, or email support@parad1gm.com. You can also remove your number from the Reminders screen.
Your number
Prism keeps the number, whether you confirmed, whether you stopped and the replies you send to our number (for up to four years), and uses them only to send the texts you asked for. A record that a number asked to stop is kept so it is never texted again. Prism does not sell your number, and does not share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
